Physical Therapy & Wellness
in Frisco, TX
Personalized, one-on-one physical therapy and wellness care delivered in the comfort of your home. We focus on evidence-based treatment, thoughtful progression, and helping you find real relief—without the rushed, impersonal feel of traditional clinics.
Care That’s Focused on You— and Only You
Our approach to physical therapy is simple: one patient, one clinician, one full hour. Sessions are never rushed and never handed off. Every visit is designed around your goals, your body, and what will help you move and feel better over time.

What to Expect
Physical therapy is a process. Meaningful change takes time as the body and nervous system adapt. We’ll guide you through that process, help you understand what’s happening along the way, and adjust care as needed.
For clients receiving physical therapy (rather than wellness services), Texas state law requires a prescription after 30 calendar days of treatment. We’ll walk you through this if it applies to you.
It begins with a consultation. We’ll learn more about what you’re dealing with, answer your questions, and determine the best next steps together.
You can book directly or request information if you’d like to talk first.
Not sure if this approach is right for you? Share a few details and we’ll reach out to help you decide whether booking a consultation makes sense.
